Pipedrive Partners Setup Guide

I created this simple step-by-step guide with screenshots for setting up Pipedrive for free and without external tools, specifically for partner professionals to track and measure the partners' business impact.

I originally created this guide for myself (similarly to the other published guide on Salesforce setup for partners) as I had to figure out how to get Pipedrive up and running with the basics to record, track, measure, and report leads and opportunities generated and influenced by Partners.

The guide includes how to:

• Create Partner Organizations
• Add Partner related fields to Leads
• Add Partner related fields to Deals
• Add "Partner" as Lead source

All of the above simply by configuring the out-of-the-box version of Pipedrive, in a way that is easy to scale as your Company scales operations and hopefully gets a Partner Ops resource onboard.
